Day TWO in Australian Open

Day two of the first major of the year saw further progress for Team Yonex in the sweltering Australian heat in Melbourne. 

 

 

Home favourite Nick Kyrgios is safely through to the second round after a dominant 6-4, 6-4, 6-3 victory over Liam Broady (GBR). He will be joined in Round Two by Frances Tiafoe (USA), who had to come through a much tougher five-set battle against Marco Trungelliti (ARG), eventually prevailing 3-6, 6-4, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3.
